Practical construction skills for bulldozers
With more and more infrastructure being built, the Hydraulic Controlled Bulldozer is now being used more and more as an important piece of equipment for bulldozing and leveling sites. Skilled operating techniques and methods will help our bulldozers function better during the construction process and achieve twice the result with half the effort.
Bulldozers play a very important role in rural road construction and construction projects. In order to ensure that there are no failures during the construction process and maintain good performance, it is necessary for us to carefully inspect the clutch, transmission, throttle, Floating Oil Seal, Engine Radiator, Hydraulic Oil Filter, bulldozer, control handle, etc. before construction.
1. When the bulldozer moves uphill or downhill, the slope shall not be greater than 300; when operating on a cross slope, the slope shall not be greater than 100. When going downhill, it is advisable to coast in reverse gear. If necessary, the blade can be lowered for auxiliary braking.
2. When working on steep slopes or high ridges, there must be a dedicated person to direct the operation. Cutting Edges are strictly prohibited from exceeding the edge of the slope. After sending the soil, you should first engage the reverse gear, and then put the cutting edge of the shovel into the reverse gear.
3. When operating in vertical trenches, the depth of the trench should not exceed 2 cm for Heavy Machinery Rock Bulldozer and 1.5 cm for small bulldozers. The bulldozer blade must not push boulders or large clods of soil on slope walls that are higher than the machine body.
4. When disassembling the bulldozer, the convenience of the next step of installation must be considered. The assistant should work closely with the driver when removing the blade. Wear canvas gloves when pulling the wire rope. It is strictly prohibited to peek near the rope holes.
5. When multiple machines are operating on the same working surface, the distance between the front and rear machines should not be less than 8m, and the distance between the left and right machines should be greater than 1.5m. When two or more bulldozers are bulldozing side by side, a distance of 20~30cm should be maintained between the blades of the two bulldozers. When moving forward, you must drive in a straight line at the same speed; when moving backward, you should do this to prevent collisions with each other.
6. When using the SD22bulldozer to cut down a large tree or demolish a broken wall, the critical point should be raised to prevent the upper part from falling backwards.
