2. Check and replenish the gearbox oil level every week.

3. Check and replenish the oil level in the steering clutch case every week.

Maintenance within the first 250 hours of use is critical

1. Replace the Engine Spare Parts engine oil pan oil and clean the primary filter.

2. Replace the oil in the rear axle case (including the gearbox case and torque converter) and clean the coarse filter.

3. Change the oil in the final drive case (left and right).

4. Replace the oil in the working tank and the filter element.

Careful maintenance is required after every 250 working hours

1. Replace the engine oil pan oil and clean the primary filter.

2. Transmission Assembly, final transmission case oil level detection and replenishment.

3. Detection and replenishment of oil level in working oil tank.

4. Add grease to the following areas:

Bulldozer Spare Parts, fan pulley; fan belt tensioner pulley; fan belt tensioner pulley bracket; work shovel inclined support arm (1 place for straight tilt shovel, 2 cutting edges for angle shovel); lift cylinder support (2 places); Lift cylinder bracket (4 places); tilt cylinder ball joint; inclined arm ball joint (straight tilt shovel); arm ball joint (straight tilt shovel 2 places); inclined arm ball joint (straight tilt shovel 4 places); ripper each Grease nipple (18 places).

Maintenance after every 500 hours of operation requires patience

Inspection of lubricating oil of guide wheels, rollers and supporting pulleys.

Ensure proper maintenance after every 1,000 working hours

1. Replace the oil in the rear axle case (including the gearbox case and torque converter) and clean the coarse filter.

2. Replace the oil in the working tank and the filter element.

3. Change the oil in the final drive case (left and right).

4. Add grease to the following areas:

Half bearing seat (2 places);

Universal joint assembly (8 places);

Tensioning wheel and tensioning rod (2 places);

Maintenance after every 2,000 working hours must be comprehensive

In addition to performing maintenance according to the above requirements, the following parts must also be maintained and lubricated:

1. Balance beam shaft;

2. Accelerator pedal shaft (2 places);

3. Blade control shaft (3 places);
